A client in the Nashville Tennessee area is seeking a Product Manager for a permanent position.

In addition to salary, this position is offered up to a 5% annual bonus based on the companies, and individuals’ performance. This company is experiencing tremendous growth. The Product Manager contributes by driving technology product vision and execution, while tracking overall market and competitive dynamics. You will act as an intermediary between customers, internal stakeholders, end users, and engineering; advocating for the product internally. The Product Manager will use technology to help solve significant business problems by defining product level value statements / hypotheses, testing these with end users, and incorporating feedback into the product. They will also manage the long-term product road map getting input from internal stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities:
•Driving the planning and execution across all phases of the product life cycle.
•Understanding the business and how the product can be enhanced to better support long term growth.
•Defining and testing key hypotheses and associated product features with customers that will be addressed by significant product investments.
•Collaborating with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders to deliver the right feature set and value.
•Clearly communicating product ideas, value statements and business justification across all levels of the organization.
•Conveying high level business value and features to Product Owners and Software Engineers for development execution.
•Providing guidance and assistance to entry level professionals

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to face difficult problems/issues that require complex analysis. Usually focusing on delivering solutions that are not enterprise level.
• Work to achieve operational targets, which has significant impact on the overall achievement of results for the team, and moderate impact on the overall departmental goals.
• Coach and mentor junior Product Managers on regular basis
•Enjoy learning and understanding the industry and business processes.
•Analytical and results-oriented mindset.
•Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
•Ability to gain alignment and achieve buy-in.
•Ability to converting ambiguity into clarity.

Preferred Skills:
•Healthcare experience

Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; MBA is a plus


Travel:
•Up to 10% as needed.
