Description:
A client in Clearwater, Florida is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Application Team Lead/Developer for a permanent position.

Initially, during the Covid-19 situation, this individual will work remotely as long as they are open to occasional on-site visits for meetings and unique events. Following the Covid-19, the client is open to having the right individual continue to work 100% remotely if so desired.

The implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM; specifically Dynamics Field Mobility, and subsequently Dynamics Sales will be done by an outside vendor. The sales system will be implemented to replace the Salesforce.com system currently being used. The MS Dynamics team, which currently consists of 5 developers, will be the interface between the implementation vendor, internal staff and business owners. As the products are implemented, these individuals will take a more proactive role in supporting, enhancing and managing the systems and system interfaces. The Team Lead with not have management responsibility for the development team but will lead their activities and assist with the architecture of the solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Provide expertise in Microsoft CRM System architecture, design and customizations
• Design Microsoft CRM solutions based on the functional requirements
• Lead the efforts of the outside vendor’s resources to interface Microsoft CRM with internal enterprise systems
• Assist in providing the outside vendor’s resources with functional and technical specifications, and unit and system test scripts
• Assist in the development of project plans, scopes, estimates, timelines, budgets, and expected deliverables and provide input on change management
• Support and participate in the deployment of the entire Dynamics CRM solution including but not limited to application, DB, Web Server, Active Directory, internet-facing deployment (IFD), Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), and Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Collaborate and coordinate with IT management, technical and business organization team members to define, execute and implement agreed upon development strategy
• Understand project scope, goals and success criteria translating to team developers and system analysts
• Independently analyze and develop effective technical business solutions; strong ability to document and communicate the solution vision, approach, work breakdown and plan
• Prepare and present technical solutions for assigned work to cross-functional teams
• Participate in and conduct design and code reviews, development and execution of quality assurance plans to ensure the system ability to meet business requirements is fully and rigorously tested
• Design and document deployment architecture and processes; work with software developers and OPS team on building and maintaining tools and scripts enabling deployment from the DevOps pipeline
• When needed, act as an application programming resource or lead
• Work closely with IT Database, Networking, Telecommunications and System Infrastructure teams to provide level-3 development support for a 24x7 mission-critical environment

Required Skills:
• 5-8 years of experience in engineering/development environment with Microsoft Technology Toolset(s)
• 3-5 years of experience with building solutions (including plug-ins, workflows and configuration) with Microsoft Dynamics
• Prior experience with .Net development (C# and/or VB.Net) with object oriented programming
• 2+ years of experience architecting/designing large-scale Dynamics CRM projects; must have worked with two most recent versions of Dynamic CRM
• Familiar with .NET web technologies such as Razor Views, MVC, Web API, etc
• Functional and technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration, web service programming, development and application Integration capabilities such as creating a customer portal solution to the internet
• Experience with full-life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, i.e. Amazon AWS, Azure, and Dynamics 365
• Strong understanding of the Dynamic CRM solution life cycle management

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales
• Experience developing and implementing Resco mobile solutions
• Experience with Field Service Mobility implementations

Education:
A Bachelor degree is strongly preferred
