Alltech, Inc is seeking a 100% Remote Healthcare IT Application Specialist.

Position Summary:
The Healthcare IT Application Specialist is essential for deploying, supporting, and optimizing various enterprise-wide applications. This role involves collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure the effective implementation and enhancement of systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), Electronic Medication Administration Records (eMAR), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Candidates should possess a strong background in healthcare technology, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to improving care quality.

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Manage the deployment, configuration, and ongoing optimization of various healthcare applications, including EHR, eMAR, CRM, and others, ensuring hands-on involvement throughout their lifecycle.
- Identify and implement opportunities for system improvements and optimizations to boost functionality and efficiency.
- Resolve technical issues related to healthcare applications promptly, minimizing disruption and maintaining system performance.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to align application functionality with organizational needs and regulatory compliance.
- Create and deliver training materials for end-users and maintain detailed documentation for system processes and updates.
- Ensure applications adhere to regulatory standards and best practices, including those set by the Joint Commission and healthcare-specific guidelines.
- Provide regular updates to the Enterprise Applications Manager on project status, system performance, and any emerging issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology to propose and implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing and supporting healthcare applications, such as EHR, eMAR, and CRM systems.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare technology and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in IDD/Mental Health field is a plus.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and capacity to perform under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Travel:
- Some travel may be needed for on-site support and system implementations.
